Maurice & Kevina’s Elegant Wedding Day

How did you both meet and when/where did the proposal happen?

We first met at work back in 2014. It’s amazing that it’s been almost 10 years since that day. Maurice proposed in Montgomery on April 8, 2022. We had taken a Tiki Bar Cruise and he decided to pop the question. It couldn’t have been more perfect for us.

Why did you choose the Inn at Quarry Ridge?

It was in a central location for family and friends and we fell in love with the Inn the first time we toured it!

Tell us about your wedding ceremony!

The ceremony was just perfect for us, better than I could have imagined. Being outside, we were so glad the weather was on our side. The staff was very helpful so everything moved smoothly.

Tell us about your wedding reception!

We were so happy with how the decorations came out. We wanted the decor to be elegant and used red, white, and gold as our colors. From the sweetheart table, to the cakes, everything was beautiful.

What advice do you have for brides planning their wedding?

Make sure you have a coordinator. The coordinators and staff at the Inn were very helpful and made the day less stressful for me so I was able to enjoy it fully.
